Philly's "Gayborhood"

Per philly.com, "Politicians, leaders of the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered community, and residents of the neighborhood around 13th and Locust Streets dedicated 36 new street signs decorated with the symbolic rainbow flag to officially designate the “Gayborhood” in Center City on Wednesday afternoon."
